Veilingen komen NIET in aanmerking voor retourzending!

"Nu Kopen" = Een aanbieding met een vaste prijs welke u direct koopt zonder te bieden.

U kunt altijd contact opnemen met sales @ boutique-collignon.com voor een oplossing als de aanbieding niet is zoals beschreven.

Om er zeker van te zijn dat uw aankoop een succes is bieden we nu een Retour programma aan.

Richtlijnen voor ons Retourbeleid:

1. Alleen Nu Kopen aanbiedingen komen in aanmerking voor retourzending. Veilingen niet.
   
   
2. Het product moet binnen 7 dagen naar ons teruggezonden worden vanaf het moment dat u het heeft ontvangen. We zijn niet verantwoordelijk voor producten die niet bij ons aankomen. U kunt het beste uw retourzending verzekeren.
   
   
3. Producten moeten in originele staat teruggezonden worden.
   
   
4. Klik Hier om een mail te sturen om autorisatie aan te vragen voor retourzending. Geef aub de reden voor retourzending aan. We zijn niet aansprakelijk voor retourzendingen die niet aankomen.

5. Als we uw pakket in goede staat ontvangen hebben ontvangt u het aankoopbedrag terug. Het bedrag is de aanschafprijs zonder verzendkosten.
   
   
6. Als we negatieve feedback van u krijgen voordat we de mogelijkheid hebben gekregen uw probleem op te lossen, zullen we dit als finaal besluit hanteren waarbij uw recht op teruggave kunt vervallen.
   
   
7. Kosten voor retourzendingen worden niet vergoedt. Als de retourzending ontstaan is door een fout van Boutique Collignon, dan kunnen de kosten van retourzending vergoed worden, tot maximaal de hoogte van de initiele verzending.

To ensure that your purchase was a successful shopping experience, we now offer an Return Program.

Our Return Policy guidelines are as follows:

1. Only Buy It Now Items will qualify for return, No Auctions are subject for return.
   
   
2. Item must be postmarked back to us within 7 business days from when you received it. We are not responsible if items do not arrive to us so we suggest you insure your package.
   
   
3. Item(s) must be returned in original condition with no signs of wear or smoke.
   
   
4. Click Here to submit an email for Return Authorization. Please provide reason for the return. We are not responsible for items we don't receive.

5. When we receive your package you will receive your refund. Your refund will be the purchase price you paid excluding all shipping and handling. Your returned items will be inspected and if there are signs of wear or smoke, your item will be mailed back, no exceptions!
   
   
6. If you leave us negative feedback before attempting to resolve a problem, we reserve the right to accept that as final resolution to the matter and may not accept a return or issue a refund.
   
   
7. Return shipping will not be reimbursed. If your return is the result of an error Boutique Collignon, your refund may include return shipping - up to original item shipping amount.
