When we don't have the parts on stock we will use our extensive network to track down the product that you're looking for.

Items shown are in stock and shipped direct after payment.
The accessories for the products involved are not always avaible. Pls ask our if you need any rackmounts, cables or others.

NON-EU Countries:

Payment:
We accept Paypal or wire-transfer in advance. VAT: All prices are excl. 19% VAT.
If you supply us a valid EU member VAT number or if we ship the product out of the EU we can invoice you on 0% VAT.
For EU customers we need the number max. 1 day after your order so we can make the documents needed for the VAT registration.
Warranty:
All new hardware products sold by Cistelcom carry a one-year Limited Warranty (90-day for used/refurbished products).
The manufacturers warranty will take precedence over Cistelcom's warranty, if applicable to the sale.
