guaranteed to play like new (although the item may show normal wear & tear). If not, then
the item price is fully refundable. All (used) CD's & DVD's always come with original booklets
and inlays (unless stated otherwise).

All new CD's & DVD's are unplayed and unopened, but not necessarily always sealed (by the manufacturer). Therefore unsealed items may occasionally show some slight traces of storage.
