Please pay your items within 7 days after the end of auction!
You will receive a eBay invoice within 24 hours after the end of auction containing the totall amount including postage, adress and Banking data.
When you buy mutiple items..... you only have to pay one time postage previding we can combine your items in to one parcel and only if the first item is payed within 10 days!
When you make payments please provide us with the eBay itemnumber.... if you want to combine postage add this aswell (reserve).
As soon as your payment arrives we will confirm this by eBay mail and send your items within 24 hours or the next workday.
Unfortunally not all payments are due on time - after 7 days we will send a reminder trough eBay to all non paying buyers - after 4 more days we will asume the item will not be payed and place the item on auction again (or offer it to the next bidding winner) and report the not paying bidder to eBay - We need to do this to claim a refund on commissions.
Please.... if any delay in payment.... report this on time to us and we will find a solution..... if we don't hear anything we have to follow the procedure above!

Insured postage is a contract with TNT-Post. - TNT will compensate max. 60% of the total shipment-value plus shipmentcosts - Nscale-sale will only act as inbetween and refund the TNT-compensation in full - All further calims are excluded
